I look forward to more activities and getting out and mingling more with other's. I did take pictures and i am sorry to say that i think i accidently deleted them off the camera. RELIEF SOCIETY BIRTHDAY PARTY..

Yesterday was the Relief Society Birthday Party in my YSA branch. It was alot of fun. It was nice- we had yummy food and a short speaker (Sister Allgrunn- President Allgrunn's sweet wife). And then we played this game with Dice, M&M's and a straw, and plastic (paper kind of cup) and if you rolled a #1 or a #6 then you had to suck M&M's into your cup and had to keep doing it till the next person got one of the lucky numbers. We played three rounds and i won one of them. Here are some highlights - just a few pictures. Yummy Food.... FUN GAME....

COME TO TERMS...

As i think about my life and the fact i am getting older and not getting any younger (Yes i know i talk like i am "Old!" I am only 28!) I have came to terms with the fact that Marriage and having and bearing children (at least in this life!) isn't going to happen for me. It's the same old thing as it has been with every guy- there was someone i was getting to know and i thought (at least within myself) that "This was it!" and well It's not! And you know what? I'm okay with that. I realize that it was not "in the cards!" for me to get married and have children. Thar doesn't mean i still don't hope it will happen or wish it will happen or want it to happen. It just means that i have realized it and have came to terms with it and "I'M OKAY WITH IT!" Anyhow whatever happens... happens... Don't mean that i'm not going to have "bad days!" and feel sad or anything. I will keep you all posted on things and how i am doing.

CANYON - CAMPFIRE ACTIVITY...

Well i do not have pictures because i left my camera home. But, last night i went with members and my singles branch to I believe it was Little or Big Cottonwood canyon- to Stone Mountain for a Branch/Stake Canyon Campfire activity. It was so much fun and so so beautiful up there. We truly are blessed as members of the church and citizens of the state of utah to live in Zion (The Salt Lake Valley) and around such beautiful scenery and "Country!" We roasted Hot Dogs, Marshmallows for smores, and also had yummy watermelon and chips and cheetos. And were able to just sit around the campfire or if we chose to we were able to play volleyball and or go on our own walks or hikes. Real good opportunities to get to know eachother. Thanks to Ashlee Provost for all the hard work you do for us and in planning such fun, memorable activities.
